About Tom
Born in Deadwood, SD, but soon moved to Parker, SD where I attended grade school and graduated from Parker High School. -- Love those Parker Pheasants.
Earned a Bachelor's degree with a major in English at Dakota Wesleyan University in Mitchell, SD. -- My favorite teacher in high school was Mrs. Hoover my English teacher.
Taught English and History at Whittier Jr. High (then Middle School) in Sioux Falls, SD.
Earned a Master's Degree in Guidance and Counseling at South Dakota State University in Brookings, SD. -- I saw so much need for guidance & counseling, then and now.
Worked as a Guidance Counselor at Whittier for many years. Loved that job!
Completed all course work and began selling real estate on nights and weekends while still working in the public schools by day. -- Needed to help 3 kids get through college.
Transitioned into full time real estate sales and have loved this career too, for over 40 years. ------ With experience and compassion, may I help you?
